Can't quite work out the meaning of the rytmic dattarattatta' in the straight, but guess it's something lokal in his style..




His music is apparently a mixture of various sounds and styles, Ladainha, Batuku, Morna, Coladera, Finaçon, Tabanka, Funana, Bandera, Canizadi, Braga Maria and Choro, from the Islands of Cape Verde.
